Presenting the "Merou Grotto Enchanted Lantern" cocktails

I have created two cocktails to represent the Merou Grotto Enchanted Lantern ($3 for alcohol, $2 for the non-alcoholic version). Each drink will have one dollar ($1) going to the Grotto Enchanted Lantern program. A passbook will be presented to each customer, so that when a total of $50 is collected, the guest can present their passbook and receive a Grotto Enchanted Lantern. No drink purchase is necessary, as the passbook can be completed with just individual donations equalling up to $50.
