Pasta Palooza in the HA 243 Foundations in Kitchen Operations Class

Today was Pasta Palooza in the HA 243 Foundations in Kitchen Operations. Pastas presented were: Spaghetti Carbonara; Cheese Tortellini; Fettuccine Alfredo, and Reginette with Arrabiata sauce.

All the students did a great job. In the pictures you may see other information as well. The students were required to research & include in their presentations, information on specific hospitality rating companies, such as yelp, Michelin, and AAA.
